No job is too big or small so we may eventually even incorporate foreigh shareholders or members, so do we need an LLC for that or a corporation can handle foreign members?

You need an LLC to have foreign members.

From setting up both wired and wireless networks, to creating a wireless radio solution for search and rescue, to managing radio broadcasting equipment. No job is too big or small.

With that in mind, you need A computer and internet services Business License, A DBA if you use a name other than the computer services LLC name and A Seller's Permit if you sell your programs on CD and if you provide the parts to fix the computers.   All costs about  $400 to $800.
